Ladies, I know we are all trying to combat and avoid the dreaded 'bat wing'. You know the jiggle that hangs off your triceps which makes you cringe and never want to wear a tank top. Now, to get rid of that you MUST be working on your nutrition and keeping your food CLEAN. Along with that you should be working out daily, and targeting your arms a few days every week.
