Warning: this salad will be so yummy but you will NOT look sexy eating it. You may resemble a lion feeding on a gazelle. You will however look sexy AFTER you eat this amazing salad with the nutrients, vitamins and yumminess that you will have put in your body! Adjust veggies to your liking but here's what's in mine:
2 cups of kale
1 cup of greens
Sprinkle some sprouts (found at whole foods)
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup of toasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup broccoli
Handful of matchstick carrots
Cucumber (as much as you want)
1/4 cup of non gmo organic corn
A pinch of lentils
Dressing: 2.5 TBSP of the best dressing ever (see previous posts)
