Fit as a Fiddle...or not

January 2015 to Yesterday.

I was disgusted by that picture on the left. Now before you go saying "you weren't overweight" let me say:

1. That comment can be just as hurtful as saying "you're fat"

2. Pictures only show PART of the story.

Left picture was after months of stress, holiday binging, countless DR appointments, lots of alcohol, not working out for 3 months, depressed, anxious etc.

Did I mention this is 2 years in to my health and fitness journey?

Now, I still am not perfect, but I'm so much better than where I was--thanks to the 21 Day Fix, Shakeology, and most importantly my team.

Just cause I'm a coach doesn't mean I'm fit as a fiddle. Just cause you're not fit as a fiddle doesn't mean you can't be a coach. Being a coach means that you are on your journey and you want to help others do the same. A coach is someone who encourages you to be your best self every single day.
