The past 50+ days have been a transformative time for me. If you don't know, I'm an online health and fitness coach of 5 years. Yet, I was letting my own health go to the side because well LIFE happened. I know I'm not the only one who feels like 'busy-ness' takes over. I knew what I needed to do to get my body and confidence back, I just had to take action. 50 days ago, I did..and I never looked back.
