Garlic Buddha Bowl (Ovulatory or Luteal Phase)

This is a perfect, easy to make recipe with ingredients that support the Ovulatory and Luteal Phase of your cycle.

Buddha Bowl:

1 serving

Ingredients:

1/3 cup dry quinoa

1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed & dried

1 cup of mixed greens,

1/2 avocado

Dressing:

2 tbsp Tahini

1 clove of garlic minced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp maple syrup

2-3 tbsp dijon mustard (depends how thick you want the dressing)

Instructions:

1. Cook quinoa based on instructions from the package, take off heat and set aside

2. You can put the chickpeas in just as they are, but I sautéed them in some garlic and olive oil before adding them

3. Prep the dressing by putting all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk it

4. Assemble the bowl with all the ingredients, take a pretty Instagram photo first, and then mix it all together
