This week I have been participating in my Win the Week nutrition & fitness challenge. Cutting out my beloved sweets (dark chocolate almonds & choc chip cookies from local French bakeries) has been a bit of struggle, but I'm determined to stay on track!
So, to combat my sweet tooth I got creative using my superfood blend powder and some things around the kitchen! I tested this out on myself and my current customers and the response went something like "oh my YUM"
