I always saw people at the gym standing on these things that were half exercise ball, half flat. It always looked like the person on top was on the struggle bus so naturally, in my earlier fitness years, I kept away from it. As I began working out at home and wanting more of a challenge, I asked for a Bosu (standing for "both sides up") as a gift!
Not gonna lie, my balance needed some WORK and I looked like those struggle bus gym goers. But when you suck at something, that means you do it more! One of the other reasons I LOVE the bosu ball is because I have back issues (from an accident years ago) and it make working my abs/and core MUCH less painful than regular, on the floor sit-ups.
