HIIT: High intensity interval training. Don't let the phrase scare you! The point of a HIIT is to get your heart rate high for a short amount of time, followed by a recovery period. Many people think that our workouts need to be full throttle the whole time, but that's not the case. I know your time is valuable so make the most out of your workout by incorporate HIITs.
