As we come out of summer and it's about to be all things pumpkin spice, to Halloween, to Thanksgiving to the holidays, I want to ask to you slow down and breathe. The chaos that comes with this time of year is what causes so many of us to put our goals (or more importantly our health) on the back burner. If you don't take care of yourself, you won't be around for the holidays (aggressive but true!). As an overeater/binger I understand the struggle all too well. I've gained 15 lbs over the holiday season and let myself indulge in everything I wanted to. I have to say--it wasn't worth it. Just because the food or drinks are there doesn't mean it needs to be consumed...but I know. Its easier said than done..which is why I wanted to share with you some beginner tips on how to begin to dwindle your over eating and binging.
