Super Berry Smoothie

I am a week into my 21 day program and after two months this summer where I ate whatever I wanted and drank like a fish, I decided to pump my breaks and break some habits while I was at it. So I decided to do a portion control program, and #NoAlcoholAugust to end the summer with a bang(ing body) During the week is easy, but its the weekends where the real work happens. I still go out in social situations but I hate being around drunk people when I'm sober so I've been staying in a bit. Which is OK considering I need to pack my stuff into storage (I'm moving around the country for a year with my sister) and save money (in between that I'm going to on a 3 week holiday in Europe/USA with my BF). The sweet tooth feeling is too real and this smoothie was my Friday night savior. I have tried other desert smoothies before but THIS on ladies and gents is IT. This exact recipe is perfection. Need a blender! 8oz Water 2 TBSP coconut milk (out of a can! you can refrigerate and use the rest of the week) 2 OZ almond milk 1/2 scoop/packet of Tropical Vegan Shakeology 1/2 cup blueberries few pieces of frozen banana few pieces of frozen mango 3 frozen strawberries 1 tbsp of honey (optional) few pieces of ice BLEND & ENJOY
