
Whoever said being vegan is boring is sick in the head. Since cutting out meat and dairy I have found so many alternatives to my favorite dishes, this being one of them! The "taco meat" can be used in place of any Mexican dish that had taco meat! Taco Meat 1 cup of walnuts 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos dash of coriander, paprika, pepper, and cumin Use blue chips or black bean chips 1/2 cup of black beans heated up 1 mashed up avocado 2TBSP of your favorite salsa (low in sugar and organic) Top it all on the chips (try to use just 2 big hand full of chips ) ENJOY Click here to get my free 5 Day clean eating menu
