
What do you do when you want breakfast for dinner but currently trying to cut out gluten and wheat (google candida)....you make your own version of pannaaacakkeesss! These do include eggs, I'm currently allowing eggs into my diet to try and clean up some of this candida mess, which is due to overuse of antibiotics in the past (thanks DRs ) Quick and simple: 1/2 cup of coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 3 eggs Pinch of stevia 1Tbsp of almond butter Combine the ingredients (except for the almond butter), and make cook in frying pan with coconut oil (2-3 min per side on medium heat).
