Sprouted Raw Wrap

Today I was listening to my favorite book "Superlife" by Darin Olien. This book changed my eating habits forever, but I'm still a work in progress. With your health and fitness journey, you must be working out your mind just as much as your body! We are so busy meal prepping and being a workout bunny that we forget we must take care of the mind, because it is what got us to our 'before' picture. When I feel my healthy habits going south, I turn on a book on health (Fulfilled by Renee Stephens is another great one) and workout my mind! So I was listening to Superlife and it talked about the importance of eating more veggies raw! I have been seriously lacking in this department. Eating raw veggies is more beneficial because of their enzymes (which are mostly killed when you cook them at high temperatures). I didn't have ingredients to make a full salad, so this is what I came up with! 2 sprouted corn tortillas (Food for Life brand) 2 tablespoons of hummus Alfalfa sprouts 1/2 Red bell pepper 2 handfuls of spinach Divide the ingredients into 2 and top on the wrap.
