5 MIN VEGGIE SAM


I get these moments of clarity, I think it's somewhere between hunger pangs and hangry, where I blow myself away with the simple, yet delicious, concoctions I create.

Insert 5 minute veggie sam(wich). 6 ingredients and thats it! I literally just threw together what I had in the fridge. It was DELISH. I'm satisfied and wish I was hungrier so I could have 4 more.

1 ezekiel sprouted muffin

(I don't eat wheat usually do but when I do these are the only products I use because it is FRESH and whole ingredients)

TBSP hummus

1/4 avocado

1/4 bell pepper

Hand full of spinach

Small amount of shredded carrots

Hand full of sprouts
