I found this book by way of Beyonce :) . See Bee did this 22 day vegan diet (why are we twins) and has since bragged on it. So to get some new plant based recipes I picked the book up. Im actually pretty lazy with trying new recipes, but I was SO excited and surprised by this one. It blew me away by HOW SIMPLE (if you are eating healthy already you probably have most the ingredients ready to go)it was and it only took 10 min front to back to make these DELISh walnut tacos!!
Here is a website with the recipe. I added some black beans to mine for some extra carb/protein but those are optional!
