I hadn't tried a new recipe in a while, and felt the lazy thoughts in my head "Ill just go out and grab something"...but I have so many things that are already in my kitchen that I knew I could whip something up! Enter this amazing Black Bean/Quinoa burger.
When looking for recipes online I make sure the ingredients are not many, and that those needed are whole foods/ God's food. This was a very clean recipe if I do say so myself :)
It took probably an hour all together with prep and cooking to make. The burgers themselves do fall apart kind of easily but for me thats no issue. It all goes to the same place and I eat it with a fork and top it with Avo anyways.
Top it on your favorite salad the next day, but make sure to enjoy it right out of the oven!
