I love Mondays !!!! Yes, I know that sounds crazy but I do love them! It's a fresh start for your goals and I love putting mine out there to my team and seeing how we crush them through out the week.
Here are a few of my tips when setting a goal. Don't overwhelm yourself with too many. Just choose ONE thing to master this week. Whether it's water intake, workouts, stretching, meal prep--just choose one and no matter what happens, stick with this one thing until you master it.
Then set another goal :)
