Ram This WCU Cauliflower

As a West Chester graduate I had to no other choice for a name when this beautiful concoction came out. This is my first time cooking or eating Purple cauliflower and I almost feel bad eating it! It's so pretty!!! But. Mamas gotta eat lunch so here is my quick recipe.

1 head of purple cauliflower

1.5 tablespoons of olive oil

2tbsp of curry

Preheat to 400 and bake for 25 min. Voila! So yummy!!!!! And easy on the eyes
