Day 10. Today was all new stuff and I loved it. I can tell my headaches are getting less and less but I tend to get them after I eat (I feel like the physiological act of digesting causes it?). But less headaches is better than more so time will tell. I finally finished reading the book Superlife today (I took my time) and I'll probably read it again. I've implemented so many new things since reading it and can't wait to share daily what those are!
Breakfast: Doughnut peach, nectarine, Apple, kiwi, blueberries and strawberries.
Lunch: Quinoa, lentil, red peppers, onions, carrots and seasoning
Dinner: SO yummy. Roasted asparagus with slivered almonds and roasted red pepper sweet potato bisque.
Stuffed and loving it.
