Day 5

Day 5!!! The more I read about getting nutrients from different foods the more I want to eat ALL the foods. What a relaxing Sunday by the pool. I've had some migraines here and there but powered through and did some Piyo (my buns are so sore). Keeping myself moving definitely makes them less intense! Breakfast: Natures Candy Lunch: Quinoa salad with some peppers Dinner: super green salad and veggie stir fry. I ate my stir fry before I got a picture so a cute picture of Kaiya will replace it 😘
