Day 4 done!! This was kind of an all over day because of social escapades but I stayed on track! Breakfast: fruit and eggs Lunch: Sushi roll, and lentil like salad Dinner: was spontaneous. I had ladies from my team over for a game night and basically had Shakeology and fruit for dinner. And some veggies. Not on the plan for that night but it's definitely approved so win for me!! Its going to take me a while to feel totally comfortable in social settings where drinking and indulgent food is around. But the benefits are worth it. My headaches and withdrawal is definitely better and I'm sleeping LOTS. Eager to see how this all (hopefully) improves even more in the next few weeks.
