Day 2


Day 2 of the Reset/Paracleanse under way. I dubb thee Carb Day. I am sat-ees-fied! Breakfast was super easy: oatmeal, blueberries, and flax seed. Lunch: another super salad with more greens I got at a local farm, pine nuts, avocado, carrots and dressing (olive oil, balsamic, braggs, ACV, and honey) Downed my green juice. Dinner is my favorite: southwestern veggie taco with corn, beans, brown rice, avocado and salsa. This recipe even called for corn tortillas but I didn't get them--and you don't need them! Happy lady over here. Here's to day 3
