THIS ISN'T A TAMPON COMMERICAL

For the woman who feels like they've given up on every diet or workout program:

Feed Your Phase was made for YOU.

You haven't failed, you just needed to find the lifestyle that mirrors what you need on the inside so you can feel your best on the outside.

Hey babe...

You've been through the wringer when it's come to diet and fitness trends. Maybe you've tried a Whole 30 here, a Beachbody program there or failed miserably at a Medical Medium protocol.

But when it came to sticking to that plan every day, it felt impossible. You were left to feel like a failure that you couldn't just stick to one way of eating, working out or living.

Is this you?

I'm here to tell you that you are not a failure.

Women are accounted for less than 40% of participants in exercise and diet trend studies. We are significantly under represented considering our body changes four times in the course of a month!

This is why diet trends work great for some people (mostly men), but women are left on the sidelines struggling to adhere to the "one size fits all" rules because our body is constantly changing.

I'm happy to share that the search for a sustainable lifestyle is over!

Feed Your Phase teaches you a lifestyle that gives you energy, delicious food, movement, weight loss (if it is a goal of yours), less painful periods and countless other benefits.

Tell me this: as a young girl were you given embarrassing pamphlets in grade school explaining your period?

I remember being told to expect cramps, chocolate cravings, leakage, and always having a heating pad & Advil at the sight of blood. All of this was considered normal.

Spoiler Alert: this is not normal.

Then, as you got older and thrown into the trenches of working, you were expected to live up to the standards of corporate America or hustle culture. It feels impossible to keep up with the expectations society puts on you. You are expected to work 40 hours a week, workout 1 hour a day, cook most of your meals, still have a social life

OH and take care of your family if have one.

No wonder women feel overwhelmed and give up.

This archaic lifestyle was created with a man in mind.

Let's take a look at what living in sync with our female cyclical nature

looks like...

In the Feed Your Phase live course, we go deep into the basics of what happens in a menstruating body through the course of a month. Without getting into too much medical jargon, let me give you the low down:

Menstrual Phase: lasting 3-7 days, this is the phase when your uterine lining is shedding. Think of this as a winter phase where eating warming foods and leading a Hygee/nesting life is normal.

Follicular Phase: 7-10 days, this is the spring season of your cycle! You feel creative, full of energy and excited as your hormones begin to rise. You feel super productive during this phase.

Ovulatory Phase: for 3-5 days your hormones reach their peak. You may feel a surge in your sex drive, super social, and live life like Beyonce during this summer phase.

Luteal Phase: ranging from 12-14 days, the time leading up to your next period is when hormones begin to descend. You'll find yourself crossing those last minute tasks off your to do list. If you experience PMS, it would be during this Fall phase.

WOW. Can you believe all of this is happening every month?

Can you see now how we are not meant to keep up with the one size fits all diet, fitness and work routine that society wants us to follow?

I learned about cycle syncing from the best of the best! Female doctors who are speaking about our phases, the foods it requires, the exercises it desires, and the energy output needed. I've studied multiple books on this topic, listened to countless podcasts and began living this lifestyle myself.

I've been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years and this is the only method I've been consistent with for over 2 years.

Let's talk about how it all works:

With Feed Your Phase I'm saving you the time (over 100+ hours at least) and effort of having to read and listen to all the information about cycle syncing. I'm handing you the action list you need to know what phase you're in, what foods to eat, which workouts to try, how to handle your workload and more. You're going to save a whole lot of time, money and energy joining this program.

Let's stop going against our internal nature and instead live in harmony with our cycle and it's phases.

Hi, I' m Jac. aka the Menstrual Mogul.

I have been a guinea pig to my own health and fitness journey the past decade. For most of those years I was a devout follower of supplements, meal plans, workout calendars and restrictions. I prided myself on being a coach encouraging women to 'push through' and 'just get it done'. I was a slave to the Gary V/Girl Boss hustle culture. I was burnt out, unsatisfied and stressed.

I stumbled upon hormonal health after talking to a friend. I was experiencing constant spotting in between periods. My friend mentioned this wasn't normal and I read a book in regards to hormonal health. I was hooked.

I read about cycle syncing and how eating certain foods, doing specific types of workouts and working in harmony with your different phases. My mind was BLOWN.

Per usual, I became an obsessed sponge! I followed the flow of the 4 phases for months and just kept going. It was so simple and just felt RIGHT! I had variety and wasn't bored with my food or workouts any more.

The more I talked about it with other women the more I realized this is not talked about enough! I've been following this method for more than 2 years and have never felt better or more in tune with my body.

While I am NOT a medical professional (always speak with your doctor before beginning a new protocol) I am relaying information from amazing female professionals who have done the research. I have received my certification as a Woman's Hormone Coach from the Institutue for Menstrual Health.

I have taken the middle step out for you. Instead of having to read or listen to all the literature, I've condensed the ultimate to-do list for you in order to live in harmony with your hormones (and hopefully see some improvement in your health!)
